This course focuses
on understanding the importance of educational leadership in creating valuable
and impactful school experience for all the stakeholders. With this end in
mind, this course will give knowledge, skills, and values in relation to what
effective leadership should be and should not based on well-supported theories
and researches. This will inculcate insight on the appropriate practices that
must be cultivated to the preservice teachers in their preparation to become
future leaders and managers themselves.
